Content License

You retain all ownership of the home photos and text you provide. You grant SHAW JAEGER LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to generate, display and let you re-access your visualizations, and to operate and secure the service.

We do not use your uploads or generated results to train AI models, and we do not sell or publish them. Inputs are shared with our generation provider only to return your result, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to these terms and your active plan, you may use the renders and clips we generate for your own personal planning and discussion — for example, to share with family, an architect, an engineer or a builder. Results are style and massing references only and remain subject to the AI Disclaimer.

You may not use generated results to mislead any party about a property, or in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any photo you upload.

Uploaded photos and generated results are kept while your project or account is active and are deleted on request or when you remove a project or close your account. To delete content, email support@shawjaegero.shop.

The Rehaus name, interface, sample imagery and software remain the property of SHAW JAEGER LIMITED. No rights are granted except as needed to use the service. Governing law: England and Wales.
