Terms of Service

Rehaus is an online-only, subscription software tool that generates renovation and extension visualizations. It is a design-support and discussion tool, not a professional design, engineering, surveying or construction service.

You must be able to form a binding contract. Rehaus is not for children under 13; users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed in USD monthly or yearly via Stripe until cancelled. Your plan sets a monthly project allowance that applies to the current period and does not roll over. There are no credit packs and no stored value. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You agree to use Rehaus lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not uploading others' property photos without permission and not using renders to mislead any party.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you provide, and grant us the limited licence described in the Content License to generate your visualizations. Generated results are for your personal planning and discussion use.

All output is a style and massing reference only, as set out in the AI Disclaimer. It is not construction, structural, planning, building-regulations, cost or feasibility advice. Any real works must be delivered by qualified professionals with the necessary permissions.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may update or modify features. Generation depends on third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHAW JAEGER LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for works, costs or decisions based on visualizations. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may cancel anytime from the customer portal. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
